The attempts of District 13's rebels were successful during the Quarter Quell. Katniss survived, President Snow was dead, the Arena's demolished and all was peaceful and everyone lived their life without fear..... But what if the attempts of the Rebels of District 13 was a failure? With District 12 being rebuilt and the joining of the Districts once again, all this calm peace will soon crack.

Of course, in saying that, the only successful thing to come out of District 13's rebels was the assassination of President Snow. Though, everyone must offer a sacrifice. The lives of all the surviving tributes were lost when the rebels of District 13 broke through the arena and the rebels were vanished & the order of Panem maintained once again and now with the new president in power and the existence of District 13, a new govern was in order. District 13 has succumb to the order of the Capitol and has now become part of Panem once again. The new government has broken all the rules of the past. Citizens are now allowed to travel to other districts to work, visit or even live there. A whole new change ever since District 13 became apart of Panem once again.

The failed attempts by the rebels of District 13 have only caused more damage to our once beautiful land. And as a result of this, their punishment will start with the introduction of District 13 into the Hunger Games. This is to signify that there is nothing that can challenge the power of the capitol. Without the capitol Panem would be in a state of Chaos & Destruction. 100 years on and the Hunger Games are still striving more than ever with more excitement with District 13 & the so called top secret rumor of a new found District that has been hidden from the rest of Panem.
